Christmas at Virens

In Virens we want to celebrate Christmas following our green ideology and the philosophy of organic farming using the best local products, for this reason our chef Rodrigo de la Calle, Michelin star chef, has created "A Green Christmas", a menu where the vegetable essence takes the protagonism of each dish.

Apart from a slightly more traditional proposal, in which we will offer a menu with the most iconic Christmas dishes of Catalonia, such as "escudella" or "canalons de festa major", so you can follow the tradition without losing our special touch Virens, which you will discover in each step.
For groups of more than 10 people, from the 1st to the 22th of December we will offer multiple different menu options so you can choose the one that best suits your tastes. Among them we can find options in cocktail format, a menu prepared by Rodrigo de la Calle with vegetables as protagonists and others with the greatest hits of traditional Catalan cuisine.

And last but not least, discover all the details of one of the most important nights of the year. A night where you can enjoy a journey of explosive flavors through 12 dishes prepared and created just for this evening by Rodrigo de la Calle in the best atmosphere of the city with a live band in the iconic lounge of Virens Barcelona.
