Virens will be taking part once again in 2023 to highlight its gastro-botanical cuisine. A fusion of green cuisine with traditional food made from of local and Km.0 products presented by Rodrigo de la Calle.

This year Virens will be  participating in three categories, to bring you closer to the Virens concept.

1- Dish: Cap i Pota – An icon of Catalan food in one bite.

2- Tasting Menu- An elaborate selection of the most iconic dishes by our chef Rodrigo de la Calle, enjoy the renowned leek Tatín dish or beetroot tartare, an iconic Virens dish.

3- Experience – This Thursday, March 9 at 6pm we invite you to an evening to learn how to create your probiotic drink from scratch. In addition to discovering a new way of being sustainable, we will teach you how to give your vegetables a second life and create the famous kombucha.
