Virens participates in Passeig de Gourmets!



Virens participates in this edition together with Virens Bar, the hotel's bar, with a brioche sandwich filled with roasted chicken with huacatay sauce, in the category of signature sandwiches.

In addition, our chef Rodrigo de la Calle has prepared a special gourmet menu for the festival, which includes some of his most iconic dishes, such as roasted red peppers with trout roe, carrot risotto with crunchy seaweed or beetroot gazpacho with red fruits. To finish, the chef proposes one of his most special desserts: fruit salad with hibiscus and celery and onion ice cream.

Finally, on 12 March at 20:00h, we offer a private showcooking for 10 diners, a gastronomic experience in which the chef explains live the secrets of his cuisine while you enjoy each of his most renowned dishes.
