After a year of dedication and creation, our Virens team will put their culinary minds to rest from the 8th to the 23rd of August.
In September 2021, after a long period of closure due to the pandemic, Virens opened back its doors, more ready than ever to spread the green philosophy of Rodrigo de la Calle in Barcelona. Almost a year later, our team couldn’t be prouder of how far we have come and all the experiences you enabled us to live. A big thank you to all of you who supported, visited or recommended us! We have continuously been nourished by your positive feedbacks, we saw you discovering how fun vegetables can be and how you actually love them! “Everybody loves vegetables, they just don’t know it yet” likes to say our chef; and this has been our mission over this year: to open your mind and tastebuds to new flavors.
However, just like the soil needs to rest to renew itself and provide us with fresh new vegetables, our team will press pause to come back ready and inspired, to impress you. It is the perfect time to reflect on our project, discover more products and to get creative.
We will come back on the 24th of August with new ideas and projects, to make you fall in love again with Virens’ green cuisine.
