Virens participates in this gastronomic festival with the DO Cava route and the tapa "Gnocchi in green mushroom sauce with crispy artichokes" by our Michelin-Starred chef Rodrigo de la Calle.

From 2 to 7 February, you will be able to taste at the restaurant our tapa paired with a cava or wine, choosing from 5 different references. If you prefer to sit at the table, Virens has created an exclusive tasting menu for this event, in which, among others you will be able to taste, accompanied by wine pairing, our roasted peppers with trout caviar and egg, or our iconic pumpkin catalan cream.
